Update Day
We made it to Day 10. On a logarithmic scale, the milestones are 1, 10, 100, and 1,000, so we leveled up today. I'm grateful to all my followers. Every follow and every like is much appreciated. Thank You Bananas.
As it turned out, I wasn't the only one leveling up. Day 10 was update day.
First, my own update. It took me about 3 days to max out my Claude subscription. It's much better now. Opus 5.5 is a good model, and I give praise when it's deserved. Then I switched to Codex.
Next, Windows told me I had an update available. I installed the Windows 11 2026H2 Update, but I refuse to install a preview update. Do your own QA, Windows. Bananas. I had to close my browser during the reboot, and when it came back I apparently had the option to create a dot. But I don't really use dots, bots, or muses. I use SabioRex.
Then OpenAI pushed GPT-6.1 Sol to me on ChatGPT Desktop. But I really like using GPT-6 Astra. OpenAI has a solid model in Astra too, and again, I'll praise it when it's deserved. After all the updates, my daily drivers remain (1) Opus 5.5 and (2) GPT-6 Astra.
The day ended without an update: my second cycling session was done. Bananas.
